 Deferred Compensation Plans
A deferred compensation plan is a nonqualified employer sponsored plan, meaning it is not subject to all of the rules, limitations and regulations of qualified plans, such as your 401(k) or IRA, that allows you to defer salary, bonuses and other forms of compensation. 

 Long Term Incentive Plans (LTIP)
Long-term incentive plans are incentive-based plans that reward employees for reaching specific company goals. 

Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans (SERP)
A SERP is a company-paid benefit that is designed to retain executives until retirement. After retiring from the company, an executive would receive a stream of taxable income.

Split-Dollar Plans
A split-dollar plan is a life insurance policy on an individual where the death benefit is shared between the company and the individual. Premium payments are made by the company, and the plan is typically structured so the company is reimbursed for their premium payments upon the death of the executive.
