About Us

Our story

Based in Tampa, Florida, mapbenefits was founded with the goal of creating the best nonqualified plan experience for participants and their sponsor companies. After having searched exhaustively for an administration platform that would meet our needs—and our expectations—but not finding one, we embarked on the journey of building our own.

The quest for a dynamic foundation led us to build mapbenefits on Salesforce’s Force.com infrastructure, giving users an easy-to-use interface, customizable architecture, unlimited reporting capabilities, complete transparency, uncompromised enterprise security and a fully 409A-compliant platform.

By harnessing and deploying the intellectual capital and insights gained from more than 75 years of combined experience in the nonqualified plans space, our team designed and developed a solution that we can be proud of.
